1 Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
- "zc99" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the zc99 online gaming platform accessible at zc99.org and all associated sub-pages, features, and services.
- "Player" / "You" / "User" means any person who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided by zc99.
- "Account" means the registered user account held by a Player on the zc99 platform.
- "Balance" / "Funds" means the total PKR value held in a Player's zc99 Account, inclusive of real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds shown as separate entries.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin winnings, or reward credits issued to a Player's Account, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
- "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the Player via an approved payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
- "Gaming Activity" means any bet, spin, wager, or game round placed or initiated by a Player using a zc99 Account.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all Players under zc99's compliance obligations.
2 Eligibility
AGE RESTRICTION: You must be at least 21 years of age to create a zc99 Account and participate in any Gaming Activity on the Platform. This restriction is absolute and non-waivable. zc99 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any point.
By registering for a zc99 Account, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years of age and can provide government-issued photographic proof of age if requested.
- You are accessing zc99 voluntarily and for personal, recreational purposes only, not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
- You do not hold an existing zc99 Account and have not previously been excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from zc99.
- You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of zc99, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- Your use of zc99 is not prohibited under any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online gaming is lawful in your location.
- You are acting with funds that are not the proceeds of illegal activity, and your zc99 Account will not be used for any money laundering or financial crime purposes.
zc99 does not warrant that its services are legal in every jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.
3 Account Registration
To access any Gaming Activity on zc99, you must complete the registration process and create a single Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
- Only one Account is permitted per person, per device, and per household. zc99 uses technical measures to detect duplicate registrations. Discovery of multiple Accounts will result in suspension of all associated Accounts.
- You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal and whenever requested by zc99 for compliance purposes. Acceptable KYC documents include Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photographic identity.
- zc99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion without being required to provide reasons.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
Pakistan-Specific Note: For Pakistani players, your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) number may be required during the KYC process to confirm identity and age. This information is handled in accordance with zc99's Privacy Policy and is processed under international data protection standards.
4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zc99 Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:
- You must not share your Account login credentials with any other person, including family members, friends, or associates.
- You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, whether for Gaming Activity or for account management purposes.
- You must notify zc99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your credentials have been compromised.
- zc99 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
- zc99 may temporarily suspend an Account if suspicious login activity is detected, and will notify the registered mobile number associated with the Account via SMS.
zc99 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and does not store passwords in recoverable plain-text format. However, your personal device and network security remain your own responsibility.
5 Deposits & Payments
All deposits to a zc99 Account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:
- Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and supported debit cards. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
- The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 (Pakistani Rupees two hundred). Maximum deposit limits may apply and are specified on the deposit page within your zc99 Account.
- zc99 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which zc99 accepts no liability.
- Deposits are credited to your zc99 Account balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes during standard banking hours.
- All funds deposited into a zc99 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in funds being returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.
- zc99 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds where transactions appear unusual or where Anti-Money Laundering obligations require additional due diligence.
6 Withdrawals
Players may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their zc99 Account subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 (Pakistani Rupees five hundred). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the payment provider's operational constraints.
- KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request can be approved. Incomplete KYC documentation will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold until documentation is provided and verified.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 business hours depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
- zc99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, occur immediately after a large deposit without proportionate Gaming Activity, or trigger automated fraud-monitoring systems.
- Bonus Funds are not withdrawable as cash. Only winnings derived from Bonus Funds, after all applicable wagering requirements have been met, may be transferred to Real Money Funds and subsequently withdrawn.
Important: Withdrawal requests that remain unclaimed or unprocessable (due to closed payment accounts, KYC failures, or inactivity) for a period exceeding 180 days from the original request date may be reviewed under zc99's dormant account and unclaimed funds policy.
7 Bonuses & Promotions
zc99 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, PSL cricket betting boosts, and the daily Super Wheel spin. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be converted to Real Money Funds. Specific wagering multiples, eligible games, and time limits are stated in each promotion's terms and conditions.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, and per device. Circumventing this restriction through multiple account creation is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension.
- zc99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
- Players who in zc99's sole judgement abuse promotional offers — including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — may have bonuses voided, winnings withheld, and Accounts suspended.
- Bonus funds are applied to Gaming Activity only after Real Money Funds in the Account have been depleted, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
- zc99 does not offer any promotion that guarantees a positive expected return for players. All promotions are subject to wagering requirements that represent the mathematical conditions under which they are offered.
8 Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to all Gaming Activity — including sports betting, cricket wagering, casino games, slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — on zc99:
- All bets placed and accepted are final once confirmed by the system. zc99 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed Gaming Activity except in circumstances explicitly permitted by the relevant game rules.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game type and may vary by market, event, and promotional context. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface on zc99.
- In cricket and sports betting, zc99 reserves the right to void bets where official results are unavailable, where events are abandoned, or where the terms of market settlement cannot be satisfied under the stated settlement rules.
- Technical malfunctions — including network failures, software errors, or database disruptions — that affect the display or recording of Gaming Activity outcomes may result in affected game rounds being declared void. zc99 will make reasonable efforts to restore accurate outcomes from available data.
- PSL and other cricket markets are settled in accordance with the official scorecards published by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). Unofficial results from broadcast or secondary sources are not accepted as settlement references.
- zc99 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single event or session where unusually large payouts arise from technical errors, pricing errors, or circumstances outside normal operational parameters.
9 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on zc99 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, termination, voiding of winnings, and potential legal action:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any point during Account use.
- Accessing zc99 if you are below 21 years of age or are a previously excluded or suspended player.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human interface to interact with the zc99 platform in place of genuine manual player activity.
- Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated betting designed to exploit bonus structures or manipulate game outcomes.
- Using exploits, software vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage in any Gaming Activity.
- Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or using zc99 in any way connected with money laundering or terrorist financing.
- Reverse engineering, copying, scraping, or otherwise attempting to extract proprietary software, odds data, or content from the zc99 platform.
- Charging back or reversing payment transactions without prior engagement with zc99's customer support process. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in Account suspension and may be reported to relevant financial authorities.
10 Responsible Gaming
Responsible Gaming Commitment: zc99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. Gambling is intended as entertainment. If at any time gaming is no longer enjoyable, or if you feel you are spending beyond your means, please use the tools available in your Account settings immediately.
The following responsible gaming provisions are integral to your use of zc99:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from Account Settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Loss Limits: Players may set loss limits for defined periods. Once a loss limit is reached, no further Gaming Activity will be permitted until the limit period resets or is reviewed.
- Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Players may enable session time reminders within Account Settings. zc99 also displays session duration information by default during all active gaming sessions.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be accessed for Gaming Activity, though balance information remains accessible.
- Permanent Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from zc99 may request this through Account Settings or by contacting [email protected]. Permanent self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of request confirmation and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of one year.
- Minor Protection: Players are obligated to take all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing their zc99 Account. If you share a device with minors, it is your responsibility to log out and secure your Account between sessions.

11 Intellectual Property
All intellectual property on the zc99 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game software, graphics, audio, text content, odds data, promotional materials, and platform architecture — is owned by or licensed to zc99. The following restrictions apply:
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any zc99 content without express written permission.
- You may not frame, scrape, mirror, or systematically extract any portion of the zc99 platform or its data feeds for commercial or non-commercial purposes without authorisation.
- The zc99 name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of zc99. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.
Game software made available through zc99 is provided under licence from third-party game providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. Player access to games through zc99 constitutes a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for entertainment use only.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zc99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their zc99 Account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- zc99 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of gaming opportunity, or any emotional harm claimed to result from Platform use or unavailability.
- zc99 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. zc99 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime during peak Pakistan cricket seasons and major sporting events.
- Where game outcomes are affected by a technical error and the correct outcome cannot be determined, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned as the default remedy. No additional compensation will be payable.

13 Termination & Suspension
zc99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or any supplementary rules applicable to specific games or promotions.
- Detection of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, age falsification, or financial crime indicators.
- Duplicate Account detection, bonus abuse, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by zc99's compliance team.
- Regulatory or legal obligations that require zc99 to restrict access to specific accounts or player groups.
Players wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so through Account Settings or by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, Real Money Funds will be returned to the last verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time, subject to KYC completion. Bonus Funds at the time of closure are forfeited.
14 Complaints & Disputes
zc99 is committed to handling player complaints fairly, promptly, and transparently. The following process applies to all disputes:
- Step 1 — Direct Contact: Submit your complaint to [email protected] with your Account username, the nature of the complaint, and any supporting evidence. zc99 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
- Step 2 — Internal Review: zc99's complaints team will conduct an internal review and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Complex complaints may require longer review periods, in which case you will be notified of the revised timeline.
- Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with zc99's internal resolution, you may request escalation to zc99's licensing authority's dispute resolution process in accordance with our international licensing terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under zc99's international gaming licensing jurisdiction. In the event of a conflict between any translation of these Terms & Conditions and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all cases.
15 Amendments to These Terms
zc99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following applies whenever amendments are made:
- The revised Terms & Conditions will be published at zc99.org/terms-conditions with an updated version number and effective date.
- Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — zc99 will notify registered Players via the mobile number associated with their Account, either through SMS or by displaying a notification upon next login.
- Continued use of zc99 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
- zc99 will retain an archive of previous versions of these Terms & Conditions, which can be requested by Players for reference purposes.
